The Adi Karmayogi Abhiyan is a flagship initiative spearheaded by the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India, aiming to empower 20 lakh tribal changemakers across 1 lakh villages in 550 tribal-dominated districts.
It builds a decentralized tribal leadership and governance ecosystem through capacity building, convergence, and community participation.

The Adi Karmayogi Portal acts as the digital backbone of this mission — enabling registration, training, monitoring, and transformation at scale.
